Chung Te Recreation Area. Its abit up north of Taroko Gorge, you get to see the seaview of Hualien and its clear green water.

The suspension bridge used by hiker to scale the gorge, literally. You have to apply for a permit 2 weeks beforehand in order to use the bridge.

The whole gorge is made of marble, being changed from limestone when the ground is uplifted. Taroko Gorge is still being uplifted by plate movements.

This rock resembles an elephant. There's another rock that looks like a frog, but somehow I couldnt find it, perhaps I deleted it accidentally.
